Jerry Black is the sheriff of the area and is about to retire. At the night of the retirement party, he gets the news that a little girl’s body is found. He pledges to the mother of the murdered child that he will find the killer at all costs. This is the beginning of the thriller that is filled with determination. Police finds the culprit but sheriff doesn’t believe he is the real killer. He must go on with his own investigation to fulfill his pledge.
